Marian Manning Head Shot

Marian Manning has over 30 years’ experience working in the NHS and in Ireland at clinical and managerial level.

Returning to Ireland she opened and managed a large nursing home. She then managed a supported care unit in the voluntary sector and brought it up to HIQA standard.

Marian has a first-class honours degree in Nursing, and a Masters in Management together with qualifications in Dementia Care and Palliative Care.

She is familiar with working highly regulated environments in the nursing and community settings.

Marian has extensive experience in mentoring newly qualified staff, project management, preparing for statutory inspections and governance in the voluntary sector. 

Lisa murphy

Lisa has over 20 years Management and Leadership experience, 11 of which are within the Social Care Sector, specialising in Disability, Mental Health and Aged care residential environments here in Ireland and Australia . Lisa has mentored, promoted and excelled staff to work to their full potential within these social care settings.Lisa has a proven track record of leading staff teams working within  Behaviour Specialist units through the implementation of the PBS model of care and the Social Role Valorisation (SRV) model of care within Disability Services and Lisa is a leader in work practices and policies of recovery-orientated and person-centred practise within Mental Health Services.Lisa has extensive experience of working within highly regulated environments, national frameworks and standards & a proven track record with HIQA.

Lisa has experience of leading change within an organisation and a strong ability of developing a culture of continuous improvement and embracing Change management.

 

Lisa holds the following qualifications:

BA (Hons) Degree in Business and Management (1999-2004)

BA (Hons) H.Dip in Applied Social Care (2018-2019)

QQI Level 6 – Train the Trainer (2021)
